Refund & Returns Policy

The Vault Drop sells sealed collectible mystery boxes. The nature of the product requires specific refund rules, which are described in full below.


1. Opened boxes

Once a box has been opened or its seals broken, all sales are final. Opened boxes cannot be returned for any reason, including dissatisfaction with contents. Published odds and disclosures are your reference before purchase.

2. Unopened, undamaged boxes

An unopened, undamaged box may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less any non-recoverable shipping and payment-processing fees. The box must be returned at the buyer’s expense and received in resalable condition.

3. Damage in transit

If your box arrives visibly damaged, photograph the exterior before opening and contact support within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We will review and, where warranted, offer a repack from remaining inventory or a refund.

4. Missing-contents claims — video required

Any claim that a sealed box was opened and found to be missing contents must be supported by continuous, unedited video of the sealed box being opened in a single take. The video must clearly show the box seals intact at the start, every item being removed, and the empty box at the end. Claims without qualifying video will be denied.

5. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) to ten (10) business days of approval.
