Priority shipping is included in the price of every order. This policy describes where we ship, how orders are batched, and how tracking is communicated.

Orders are shipped in a single weekly batch on Friday. An order placed before Thursday 11:59 PM ET ships that week. Orders placed after that cutoff ship the following Friday.
Orders ship via Canada Post priority or an equivalent priority service. Typical delivery is two (2) to five (5) business days from ship date, subject to carrier conditions.
A tracking number is emailed when the label is scanned. You can check order status at any time via the Order Lookup page using your email and order number.
If tracking indicates delivery but the package is missing, contact support within seven (7) days. We will open a trace with the carrier. Uninsured losses after successful delivery scan are the buyer’s responsibility.
