These Terms of Service govern your use of thevaultdrop.ca and your purchase of any product sold through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
“The Vault Drop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to 13289109 Canada Inc., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, operating as The Vault Drop from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. “You” refers to any visitor, account holder, or purchaser.

The Vault Box is a sealed box containing approximately twenty sleeved sports cards drawn at random from a finite private collection, together with at least one feature card at a tier published on the Odds page. The Vault Drop is a single, finite release. There is no restock and no subsequent drop.
Full product terms are in the Purchase Terms, which form part of your agreement with us when you place an order. Where these Terms and the Purchase Terms conflict in relation to a purchase, the Purchase Terms govern.
You must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase. You confirm this at checkout.
You may create an account to view order history and participate in the referral programme. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your account. We may suspend or close an account used for fraudulent activity or abuse of the referral programme.
Registered account holders receive a referral link. When three referred customers each complete a purchase, a complimentary Vault Box is reserved for the referring account holder, who provides a shipping address to claim it.
Self-referral, referring the same person more than once, and any manipulation of referral attribution void the reward. Complimentary boxes are drawn from the same pool at the same published odds. There is no cash alternative and no cash value.
We may modify or end the referral programme at any time. Rewards already earned will be honoured.
We make no representation as to the monetary value, resale value, grade, grade potential, or investment potential of any item. Photographs and descriptions of Platinum and Gold pool contents illustrate the category, not the contents of any particular box.
You may not use the site to conduct fraudulent transactions, interfere with its operation, or scrape, copy, or republish its content or photography for commercial purposes.
Site content, photography, copy, and branding are owned by 13289109 Canada Inc.
Player names, team names, league marks, and manufacturer trademarks appearing on the cards or in item descriptions belong to their respective owners. They are used descriptively, solely to identify the specific second-hand items offered for sale. The Vault Drop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by any league, team, player, or card manufacturer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except in respect of any warranty, guarantee, or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in this clause deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory rules of the jurisdiction in which they reside.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that transaction.
