Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of thevaultdrop.com and your purchase of any product listed for sale on the site. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Definitions

“The Vault Drop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the sole proprietor operating thevaultdrop.com from Ontario, Canada. “You” refers to any visitor, account holder, or purchaser using the site.

“Product” refers to a sealed mystery box sold through the site, containing sports cards and memorabilia drawn from a finite private collection, distributed according to the published odds table.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to purchase a Product. A confirmation checkbox at checkout records your agreement to this requirement. Orders placed in violation of this clause may be cancelled and refunded at our sole discretion.

3. Product description

Each Product is a sealed mystery box containing sports cards and memorabilia selected at random from the collection. Tier odds (Platinum / Gold / Silver) are published on the site and printed on the box. Every box contains, at minimum, a recognizable named-player item drawn from the vault.

We make no representation as to the monetary value, resale value, grade, or investment potential of any item contained in a Product. Photographs and descriptions of Platinum and Gold pool contents are illustrative of the category, not a guarantee that any specific item appears in any specific box.

4. Purchase terms

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include priority shipping within the covered delivery area. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not retain full card details. An order is accepted only upon successful payment authorization and is confirmed by email.

5. Shipping

Products ship to Canadian addresses only at launch, excluding the province of Quebec. Orders are batched and shipped every Friday. See the Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and disputes

Opened boxes are not eligible for return. Any claim that a box arrived with missing or damaged contents must be accompanied by continuous, unedited video of the sealed box being opened, as described in the Refund & Returns Policy. Claims without video evidence will be denied.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
